Public offer
This document is a public offer to enter into a service agreement for a non-exclusive license to use the TransferDesk software (the “Service”). Account registration on transferdesk.tech and/or payment of a selected plan constitutes acceptance.
Subject. The Provider grants the Customer access to the Service, dashboard and downloads. The Service does not store or process the customer-payload (photos/videos/contacts) — data is exchanged exclusively over the Customer’s local network.
Pricing. Plans are listed on the “Pricing” page. Settlements are processed via YuKassa (JSC NCO YooMoney). The first charge happens at subscription, then monthly automatically unless cancelled.
Refunds. Within 14 calendar days of the first payment, the Provider refunds the full amount minus the payment processor fee. Refunds are issued to the original card.
Liability. The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider is not liable for any loss of customer data, since data exchange happens exclusively on the Customer’s local network and the Provider has no access to file contents.
Service delivery
- What counts as “delivery”. Upon registration and payment, a license code is immediately available in the dashboard at
transferdesk.tech/dashboard. This code, together with the Salon Agent installer, is the deliverable. - Where to download. See the “Download” section for the Windows MSI installer and the optional Android APK.
- Timing. Delivery is instant. Subscription validity is 31 calendar days from the last payment.
- Activation. Install Salon Agent on the workstation, open the “Activation” dialog, paste the license code from the dashboard.
- Support. Response time during business days is up to 1 business day.
